Explore the visual concept
Crumble the cake. Gradually mix in the cream cheese; stop when the mixture holds together without becoming sticky. Shape a 10β12 cm dome. Reserve a little mixture, make a small cavity, add 15 g jam and seal with the reserved mixture. Smooth and chill for 1 hour. Roll white marzipan 2β3 mm thick. Drape over the dome, smooth and trim the excess without changing the cake dimensions. Use a food-safe brush to paint a hazel-green iris and fine brown streaks. Add a small black-marzipan pupil. Paint fine red veins with the remaining 10 g jam, sieved, and edible food colour. Add a little neutral glaze to the pupil if desired. Keep chilled, then cut to reveal the filling. Allergens: wheat, milk, egg, almond. Check all product labels. AI-illustrated concept, not kitchen-tested.
