HALLOWEEN DESSERT Β· AI CONCEPT

Halloween brain cake with raspberry filling

Two marzipan hemispheres, carefully shaped folds and a hidden raspberry centre: a sweet Halloween illusion made without an anatomical mould.

AI-generated visuals. This 49.5-second video is food inspiration, not a kitchen-tested recipe. The shape, texture and filling have not been validated in a real kitchen.

What is it made from?

  • 500 g vanilla cake and up to 100 g thick full-fat cream cheese, added gradually.
  • 450 g soft marzipan for the covering and folded details.
  • 120 g seedless raspberry jam; only 25–30 g goes in the filling pocket.
  • Up to 15 ml water if needed, and red food colouring.

Crumble the cake, add cream cheese gradually and keep about 15% of the dough for a lid. Shape a low oval with a central groove. Make a shallow pocket, leaving at least 1.5 cm of cake around it; add 25–30 g of thick jam. Close with a 1 cm lid and chill 20–30 minutes. Cover the cold base with a thin marzipan layer, then arrange 7 mm marzipan ropes in short, tight S shapes on both hemispheres. Keep the central groove clear. Glaze lightly with some of the remaining jam and chill at least 30 minutes. Keep refrigerated; ingredients may contain gluten, milk, eggs and almonds. Quantities and final texture still need kitchen testing.
