Combine flour, yeast, sugar, lukewarm milk and egg. Add salt and knead. Work in the soft butter and knead until supple. Cover and prove until doubled, roughly 1β1Β½ hours depending on room temperature. Divide in two. Roll each piece into an approximately 50 Γ 8 cm rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Spread each with 30 g chocolate spread and 20 g jam, leaving clean borders. Roll from the long edge and pinch the seams shut. Join the two rope ends. Arrange five broad U-turns on a large lined baking tray, seams underneath, leaving small gaps for expansion. Prove for another 30β45 minutes. Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 175 Β°C for about 25β30 minutes, until fully baked and golden; adjust for your oven. Cool completely before transferring to the platter. Mix icing sugar with 12β15 ml milk, added gradually, and a tiny drop of red colour for a beige-pink icing. Coat the tops lightly, leaving the golden sides visible. Brush on the remaining 15 g jam as red streaks, then slice a loop. Allergens: wheat, milk, egg; possible nuts/soya depending on the chocolate spread.
