HALLOWEEN DESSERT · AI CONCEPT

AI concept: recipe and mechanism not kitchen-tested. A fragile, food-only prop; the neck is pre-separated. No metal blade. Test on cake offcuts and serve the prop separately if it sticks. Check ingredient labels for wheat, milk, eggs, almonds and possible soy.

AI-generated visuals. This short video is food inspiration, not a kitchen-tested recipe. The shape, texture and filling have not been validated in a real kitchen.

What is it made from?

  • 900 g baked chocolate cake
  • 560 g dark chocolate (300 g ganache, 200 g frame, 60 g face)
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 350 g marzipan
  • 150 g firm wafer biscuits
  • 80 g thick seedless raspberry sauce
  • 2 sugar eyes.

Proposed preparation steps

  1. Ganache: pour the hot cream over 300 g chocolate. Stir and let thicken. Reserve 600 g cake for the base; crumble the other 300 g with a little ganache.
  2. Shape a small oval head, short neck and two shoulders. Make a 10–15 ml pocket inside the head, on the neck side. Fill with sauce and close with a thin cake offcut.
  3. Place the body on the base. Almost completely separate the head from the neck; only a thin marzipan bridge should join them. Cover, then add chocolate hair, sugar eyes and two marzipan fangs.
  4. Working flat, join wafers with chocolate to make two posts and a crossbar. Two strips on each post form a channel. Separately cast a small thin chocolate panel with a slanted edge. Leave to set.
  5. Check the panel slides freely without the head present. Secure the feet in the base with chocolate. Align the panel just in front of the pre-separated neck; keep hands and faces away from its path.
  6. Test on cake offcuts first. Put the small head-pocket opening against the join. Release the panel: the intended effect is a slight head tilt and sauce flowing from the head. If it sticks, serve the prop separately; do not force it. AI concept: recipe and mechanism not kitchen-tested. A fragile, food-only prop; the neck is pre-separated. No metal blade. Questions about this concept

Where does the red sauce come from?

The proposed recipe puts a small pocket of thick, seedless raspberry sauce inside the cake head, next to the pre-separated neck. The frame itself contains no sauce.

Has the edible guillotine been tested?

No. This is an AI visual concept, with fragile wafer and chocolate parts and a pre-separated cake neck. Its movement has not been verified in a real kitchen. Use no metal blade and do not force a stuck part.
